CasiNO
April 28, 2017 Tetovo, @ Tetovo square A temporary installation/performance consisting of placing a mock casino in a tent, with a flashy and attractive entrance, a well dressed mannequin and volunteers inviting people inside, while at the other side, at the exit, a mannequin dressed in rugs is placed. The installation aims to present the dangers of the vice of gambling, to raise awareness of the amount of casinos opened in the city of Tetovo and pointing out to the young people that this is no fun at all if you get attached to it. |

April 27 - May 2, 2017 Tetovo, @ Iliria and Ilindenska boulevards Putting messages on the trees on the sidewalks, as if the trees themselves are talking, to highlight their neglect, general bad state and dying off of the urban greenery in the city. |
OK Quay
April 15 - May 17, 2017 Tetovo, @ the quay of the river Pena Cleaning and rejuvenation action on part of the quay of the Pena river in Tetovo. Action of cleaning of the river bed and manufacturing and placing of urban furniture - trash bins and benches. These objects are made from collected garbage and recycled materials on a workshop with volunteers. |
Air Basketball Tournament
May 15, 2017, 12:00-13:30 Tetovo, @ Liria Elementary School A pantomime performance of an 'air basketball' match (playing basketball without the ball!) on a destroyed street basketball play-court (missing hoops) to highlight the poor state of the neighborhood playgrounds and sport fields and advocate for their repair and upkeep. |
Bus Shelters
May, 2017 Tetovo, @ Iliria boulevard and Tearce, @ bus stop Building two bus shelters out of cardboard and scrap materials (wooden pallets) and temporarily placing them on two locations in Tearce and Tetovo along the regular local bus route. The action wants to highlight this local need for organized bus stops. At the same time a petition is started for placing real shelters. |
Reading Place
May 10-11, 2017, 12:00-15:00 Tetovo, @ near the House of Culture "Ilija Anteski - Smok" (10th) and near the Medical High-school "Nikola Šajn" (11th) An action of converting the sidewalk into a reading space, in order to highlight the lack of reading (learning) spaces in the city (the city library does not have a reading room). The action itself consist of placing a shade tent and chairs in locations around Tetovo, and temporary occupying the sidewalks with readers, students and book lovers. |
Tetovo Craters
May 11, 2017 Tetovo, @ various streets throughout the city With an action of planting flowers in potholes on the roads of Tetovo and a billboard that compares the potholes to Moon's craters, this intervention wants to to make the issue of street decay more visible. |
